What is the language (or combination of languages) with the lowest entry threshold for freelancing?

I myself study Python, namely machine learning, I really like this particular area. The problem is that this area has a very high entry threshold, it is almost impossible to find a job in the Russian segment, so I am looking for a language for a small income so that after a few months of training I can already look for a job.
What language (or field) would you recommend?

Show any of your projects implemented using NS.
A simple task: to create a self-learning tic-tac-toe bot.
As soon as you can solve problems aimed at business optimization through the creation of the correct algorithm (neural network), you will no longer need a programming language.

No. As a beginner, starting freelancing is an extremely dubious idea.

Studying machine learning but haven't learned how to search on a toaster? The topic “is it possible for a beginner to make money freelancing” has been dealt with more than once, not twice, and not even a hundred times - and still there is a noob who believes that you can make money on freelancing without knowing anything.
No language with a low entry threshold will give you an advantage over the crowd of the same applicants.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
