What is the invoice for a foreign client if I do not have an individual entrepreneur?
Good afternoon!
I immediately apologize for the mistakes: I am a foreign citizen, but also a tax resident of the Russian Federation. I don't have an IP; I have a regular job, but I'm going to get a small, irregular income from abroad. If I understand correctly, in order for everything to be legal, I just need to complete the 3-personal income tax form and indicate income.
But here's what I don't understand: since I'm not an individual entrepreneur, I can't write invoices (do I understand correctly?). But then, what document should I give to the client (this is a company located in the EU), so that he would pay me?
Thanks in advance :-)

There are a lot of template invoices on the network that you can use, they are needed not for you, but for the customer's reporting. In the case of freelance IP, whether you have it or not, it practically does not matter.
You can issue invoices, it is not prohibited.
I don’t understand where the idea comes from that only individual entrepreneurs can issue an invoice. For a foreign customer, this status does not matter at all, since an individual entrepreneur is an individual.
I only advise you to go to the bank and describe the situation beforehand. You are not a currency resident and do not have to go through currency control. Specify the details - the numbering of accounts is different. The situation is not common
Do not torture yourself with unnecessary tasks, being a citizen of a non-Russian Federation. Register an account at https://epayments.com, go through verification and accept payments from any company and physicist in the EU for 0%, they give iban for free, and they issue a card to the wallet for payment and cash withdrawal.
Also, you can transfer funds from Epa's account to your personal account in the bank of the Russian Federation and everything will be smooth for taxes. Their payment limits are more than suitable, and the transfer fee is ridiculous bit.ly/34RRpFH
I do not recommend using Paypal, Skrill, Capitalist, Paxum and Revolut, it is a little more difficult with them in terms of further transfers to the Russian Federation and paying taxes. Although Revolut is the best in the world in its niche.
But, if in general, the most convenient and cheapest ways to receive money for freelancers around the world are Epayments and Paxum, in some cases Payoneer and Skrill, some exchanges issue them by default.
What's stopping you from making invoices? I opened Word and made an invoice.
I do the same with IP and with physics
