What is the impact of Bold text on Seo in articles?

Hello.
In many top articles, I see the key being bolded . In my articles, bold text is present as a convenience for the perception of information.
Example:
Press " Enter " key >> Go to " Download " tab.
I ran into several questions:
1) Is it still relevant to do this? (Highlight the key in bold)
2) How much do I spoil and do I spoil SEO in the article if I use highlighting only for visual perception?
3) Would it be efficient to use selected text for both highlighting clues and highlighting text for better visual comprehension?

Highlighting keys now is not the best idea, especially if you approach it with the "just to highlight" principle. Of course, strong attracts attention, so use it further for "comfort perception of information". If it is appropriate to focus on the key phrase in the text, then it can be highlighted.
