What is the hosting panel with easy import?

I choose a free hosting panel. There is a large list of clients (plaintext like "OOROGAIKOPYTA:/home/roga/:username:password:web:ftp"), you need to somehow import it to a new hosting. I'm trying to insert directly into the ISPConfig database, but there are too many dependencies there, and it's not interesting to read sorts for a long time.

Maybe there is some panel with a simple import?

It is unlikely that there is such a panel, most likely you will have to figure it out and write a script for importing.
