What is the fundamental difference between OP for AMD and the usual one?

In general, there is a 760GTM-P33 motherboard.
Installed 2 sticks of 2GB memory. There was a task to increase the amount of memory.
So it's not clear - is 100% memory suitable only for AMD?
And what is the fundamental difference between memory for AMD and memory for all types of processors?

Nothing. Takes memory on characteristics similar. Suitable for motherboard.
Under AMD, they take memory for overclocking, if they overclock the percentage ... That's all.
