What is the frequency of data replication by radish between master and slave?

Good afternoon
Please tell me about the mechanism of data replication by radish from master to slave. Whether the data is replicated on each update or changes are simply sent periodically.
Here it seems to be about 1 second

In manuals obviously I cannot find the period of replication.
