Why doesn't the redis extension run in php7.4 on Windows10?

Good afternoon.
Downloaded PHP7.4 from the Apache Lounge forum.
Everything works, but there is no redis extension, although I marked it in php.ini
Has anyone run 7.4 with redis extension on windows?
Maybe you can download a working version somewhere else?
