's are subnets of ip addresses, not ip's. The slash is followed by the subnet mask. look in the hoster panel for adding subnets or change the hoster.

Yes, without subnets there will be sooo many of them - there are two of them 16 bits, and this is already 2 * 65,534 hosts.
Let them not engage in nonsense and correct their jambs.

This is not an IP address, but a subnet, the second number is the subnet size
