How to connect to the second mikrotik at an external address?
In LAN there are two Mikrotiks for 0.1 and 0.3, the task of remote administration. I set up a connection through an external address to 0.1 through a winbox, I have access, I can telnet to 0.3 from it, but my beard is not so thick, and my sweater is not so worn that I could easily operate with commands with all the capabilities of Mikrotik, and here's the question - how to configure winbox access to 0.1 and 0.3 router from an external address? If I forward the port, then I will apparently only connect to 0.3. If you reassign Mikrotik to the neighboring port 0.3 and forward it, will it work?

Reassign the port for connection to 0.3 microtic, if it was 9090 (for example), set 9091 and forwarding this port to IP address 0.3 will work.
In order not to be smart with port forwarding, look towards RoMon. Router Management Overlay Network

This will allow you to connect to one head mikrotik and see all the others.
