How to set up routing between two networks in RouterOS?

Dano is a microtic with 5 ports. The first port is wan.
2,3,4 - combined into a switch - a working locale.
Port 5 is another network.
2 ports are assigned and 5 addresses are assigned, routing to the corresponding grids through these addresses is registered. From the Mikrotik itself, IPs from both networks are pinged, but from the working network to another network, there are no pings or access to the server located in this network. Previously, ports from 2-5 were combined into a switch and there was access to another subnet, but there was access from another network to the worker, which I wanted to get rid of.

In both networks, a route to a neighbor must be specified, or Mikrotik must be specified as the default gateway.

In words, everything is done correctly, in practice you need to see the config.
If you want to get rid of access between subnets, then it is better to do this with firewall rules, and not by removing the bridge.

Do you have nat configured correctly?
The firewall on a tick can block the desired network

yes, most likely it checks the availability of Windows, and they cut everything except their own subnet, check the firewall settings on Windows
