What is the field in devTools in Google chrome canary?

Colleagues, tell me who knows what kind of empty field on the right appeared in Google chrome canary when you call devTools?
Moreover, when devTools is placed in a separate window, this field does not exist, it disappears. How to disable it altogether?

Glitch DevTools. It happens in Canary...
Enable/disable debugging for tablets and printer. (The button next to the element selection button)
