If I understood correctly, then you need browser automation based on selenium or something like that.
Are you ready to spend 2-3 times more development time to get a 2x speedup of code that takes 5% of the time to complete?)
If yes, then C++.
If not, then JS, Python, Java, C# will give +/- the same result
