Compression is not interesting, i.e. pure packaging. Speed ​​matters!

Plain ZIP with a compression ratio of 0 .
Choose the program to your liking, there are many of them.
Personally, I use Total Commander.

I don't think that with zero compression there will be any difference at all between different archivers. Everything will depend on the speed of the disk subsystem, and not on the archiving algorithm.
