What is the fastest and easiest way to broadcast video from a webcam to the Internet?
You need to start broadcasting the video stream so that you can watch this stream on another computer from another point in the world, for example, by entering into the browser a certain software site that allows you to do this, or in some other way. The main thing is that it's free, even the restriction of one viewing session is enough, because the connection will be of the "point-to-point" type. The first thing that came to mind was a Skype call, but this is not an automated way to receive a video stream, because you need to answer the call. I personally have chosen the cool ContaCam program for a long time, but, as I understand it, it can only raise the server inside the local area, and then only shares screenshots after a certain time. In any case, it's not. I’m sure that I just forgot something on the surface from the workload of the brain, but what? Please note that the software is needed for Windows, more precisely 7. Do not offer Linux. :)

Any of these programs + google solves your problem
DVBlast from VLC manufacturers promises to be a very lightweight solution that can run even on very weak hardware.
upd. Ah, for you under Windows.. Then this option is not suitable - DVBlast under Linux and Mac OS X.
In youtube, it seems like you can stream. + all sorts of applications, periscope type, etc. Or I misunderstood?
