What is the error when working with a certificate in WCF?

Good afternoon!
The second day I'm trying to implement the authentication procedure in WCF.
And today I ran into the problem of checking the certificate chain, the error on

screenshot.

Please advise how to fix this error.
The certificate was received in the UFK - valid, I also tried the certificates received in other CAs, the root and intermediate certificates are all installed, but the error is on the face.

app.config still to see - there the dog can rummage
