What is the error in firebird login?

Tried to find an error in Google, it is simply not there.
Created a project, everything works for me on two computers. Costs delphi 7 and firebird 3.0.
I threw the project to another person, he shows an error: "Error occurred during login, please check server firebird.log for details".
I don’t know what version of the database and delphi he has, but I think that’s not the point, because he tried to start the project with firebird 2.5, he swears first of all on something else.
What could be the reason?
