Modern interface on top of video streaming?

There is a full-screen video from the camera in real time through DirectShow. The video program (hardware control, video recording, images, and other functions) is written in Delphi.
We need to build a beautiful (translucent, gestural, dynamic, fast, etc.) interface on top of the video. It is not necessary to be tied to Delphi, but compatibility is desirable.
What tools do you recommend?

If the interface is native, look towards Qt. Quite a handy development tool. Widgets for all occasions
