How to execute js code in multithreaded delphi application?

When the page is loaded, js code is executed, and special code is written in cookies.
If the page is loaded via delphi, the code is not executed by the idhttp component and cookies are not written.
A cookie manager is connected to idhttp.

idhttp is not a browser, it can't execute javascript.
