What is the equivalent of VCL from RAD Studio for Mac OS?

Prompt analog vcl for a poppy as far as I know the poppy cannot in delfi or can but, it is very bad. Functionality is needed to create forms through the GUI: buttons, forms, etc. Google gave answers in the direction of xcode, but you need simpler tasks at the level of the university program (labs).

In Delphi, FireMonkey is for poppy and other things, not VCL.

VCL with giblets is tied to the Windows API, but it is not available for Mac.
Use FireMonkey or Lazarus.
