How to fix file path length error in RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin?

RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin Starter
Create and save a new project in a folder. Path
D:\Cloud Projects\Personal Folders\My Folders\Synchronized Files and Folders\My New Projects\Delphi Projects\System Performance for Various Periods\New Project\

Launch. Error - Can not open file "D:\Cloud Projects\Personal Folders\My Folders\Synchronized Files and Folders\My New Projects\Delphi Projects\System Performance for Various Periods\New Project"
Certainly an error - cut the path if so. RAD Studio couldn't even create an exe file in the Win32\Debug folder.
If everything is also done with the short path D:\Projects in the Cloud\1\ then RAD Studio will create an exe file, run it, etc. No problems.
What's interesting - Delphi 7 works with such a long path. And RAD Studio 10.1 is not.
How to fix it? I need to work with RAD Studio and keep everything in the cloud. I need a long way.
