What is the easiest way to write text in markdown/html without knowing them?

Hello.
I have a text in a word (word) with links, formatting, pictures, etc. etc. The task is to transfer this text to markdown or html using a converter (possibly a word plugin) or retype it in a WYSIWYM text editor with buttons. That is, if you retype the text, then retype it in an editor in which you do all the actions (text formatting, inserting pictures and links, etc.) using the buttons in the editor and the mouse, and not the fingers and the keyboard.
What do you advise? What is the best and fastest way to do it? Which output data type to follow: html or markdown?
