What is the easiest way to set up software RAID status monitoring via Telegraf?

Actually, subject. How could Telegraf/InfluxDB (the link is already configured) be configured to monitor the status of a Linux software RAID array (mdadm) on a local server? I really don’t want to fool around with compiling my own data collection scripts: there are a lot of other tasks. I would just like to see the result on the Grafana panel as quickly as possible.
