What is the easiest way to edit content in MODX?

I am new to MODX and CMS in general. There is a common task - to hand over to the client a site with a convenient admin panel so that he can perform the following actions as simply as possible:
- edit certain text blocks;
- add images to the gallery and delete them;
It needs to be as simple and clear as possible.
I installed MODX on the server, pulled the site template and defined the chunks for the required text fields. Now they can be edited through chunks, but I'm afraid that the client will remove the html tags sooner or later. I wish he didn't touch them at all.
And the second as mentioned above is adding images.
What is the best way to do it?
Now I'm looking at plugins like SiteEditor, can you advise which one is the most suitable?

For the gallery, use ms2Gallery - https://modstore.pro/packages/photos-and-files/ms2
... TV fields and group them into semantic categories. And let the client add content to them without any tags.
For lists (for example, where is the photo, title and description, in the same benefits) use migx
