What is the easiest way to determine the sources of mobile application installation on the web and offline?

I advertise the created mobile application by various methods, both offline and online. Each of the channels contains its own link as a target, now these are links to the site. Analytics on clicks to the site is visible, but it is not clear how you can get performance in installs.
As I understand it, there should be some kind of services that allow:
1. to integrate into the application
2. to integrate into the website
3. it is possible to generate your own links to go to download the application
4. to connect analytics through all possible channels and settings.
Are there any, and if so, which ones would you recommend?

@RStarun

Flurry has such an opportunity. For free.

Alternatively - www.appsflyer.com/developers
But it's better to google and make your own list with all the pros and cons.
PS: Google seems to provide such analytics in its service for Google Play.
