What is the easiest text editor for Linux to set up custom syntax highlighting?
You just need to highlight certain words in a certain color. In which editor is the easiest way to achieve this (and you don’t need to describe the models for parsing, but just write such and such a word - such and such a color) if we are NOT talking about a well-known programming language that all editors already know how to recognize and highlight?

Paradoxically, custom syntax highlighting is easy enough to do in vim
