What is the easiest professional exam to take to renew CCNP?

CCNP expires in November. 3 years ago, as I passed all 3 exams, after that I didn’t work with cisco at all and forgot what it is at all. Now the time is coming and it needs to be extended for another 3 years. To extend it, you need to pass any of the professional line. Can anyone suggest which one would be the easiest to prepare for in that amount of time? I'm not going to work further with cisco and knowledge is not particularly important, so I'm considering the option to quickly memorize. I think to hand over 300-101 (ccnp route).
