What is the easiest library to implement an isometric map?

There is a task - to generate an isometric map from a flat svg. I have not been able to find a ready-made solution for this task (except for isomer.js), which allows you to work with isometry, sprites, transparency, etc. out of the box. Perhaps someone has already solved similar problems and can suggest a ready-made tool, or knows how to implement such a task in a simpler way?
