What is the Download from Default Server action in phpStorm?

I wanted to bind the Enter button to download the file selected in the Remote Host window.

In the settings I found only the action Download from Default Server.
What is the responsibility of this action?

I believe that in File | settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Deployment
Tools | deployment | Configuration in the general list of all created connections, on the Mapping tab, you can specify Use as Default . It will be the default connection.
