What is the difference between watch and computed in Vue.js?

Hello!
Please explain the difference between watch and computed in vue.js ... As far as I understand, both of them rely on dependencies, but watched does not return anything, why is it needed then. Computed is cached but watch is not? Is that all the difference? Thanks in advance.
