What is the difference between versions ie 9.0.8112.16421IC and ie 9.0.8112.16421?

Actually, they ruled the site under their ie 9.0.8112.16421, everything is fine and fine, inline-block works fine, the client has ie 9.0.8112.16421IC and everything fell apart.
