How to make internet explorer work?

I have Windows 7 sp1 and Internet Explorer 11. I need it to access the Sharepoint site.
Yesterday, the explorer suddenly fell into some kind of state that it refuses to load all sites (in general, everything), the usual menu from the explorer is missing (usually it can be called by alt), the side menu is almost all inactive. The f12 button does not bring up the debugger console.
Somehow I kicked it and it worked as usual, and what I did, I still did not understand. Now he has fallen into that state again. How to get it out of it?
Tried to nail processes - did not help.
Tried to reboot - did not help.
What else can be done to bring him out of such a strange state.
