STM32F407V G T6 1 Mbyte Flash
STM32F407V E T6 Operating Temperature (°C) (max) = 105
STM32F407V G T6 Operating Temperature (°C) (max) = 85
Well and the price of course ... And what else? Or are they just different?

They do not differ in anything except the amount of FLASH memory. They have the same temperature range 6 = Industrial temperature range, –40 to 85 °C.
