What is the difference between Git and GitHub?

Hello! Explain to a beginner, I'm confused, what is the difference between Git and GitHub?
I worked with this application before: https://desktop.github.com/ and I thought that this is the work in the git. But today, by chance, I downloaded an executable from here https://git-scm.com/ , thinking that this is the program I wrote about above)) But when I installed it, it was not at all like GitBush.
Duck, what is Git and GitHub? So there is a difference?

git is a version control system.
github - hosting for git. github, in turn, also has a desktop client for git called github desktop (which only simplifies working with git, not replaces it).

The same as porn and pornhub ;)
The first is the name of the system, the second is where it all lies

Gitbush is the console where you write all your commands.
The desktop version is still the same console, only having an interface, you clicked on a button in it, a request was executed that you would write in the same way in the console.
I must say right away that I don’t know the difference between them, but I use bash myself, because I’m used to the console.
