What is the difference between FreePBX Distro and AsteriskNOW?

I just can't find a clear description of the difference between distributions bundled with FreePBX GUI.
There is FreePBX Distro, which is assembled by FreePBX themselves, and there is AsteriskNOW, which, as I understand it, is assembled by Digium.
I want to choose one thing and, despite the fact that everything looks the same on the outside, there is probably some difference under the hood. Or support. Or something else.
