What is the difference between development on Xamarin and Bitrix.Mobile?

1) What is the difference for the user in the final application (speed, functionality)?
2) What is the difference for the developer (convenience, speed of development)?

In terms of speed, everything is a loser, I don’t know anything about Bitrix, but I know for sure that Hello World alone on Xamarin weighs 40mb.
For a developer, Xamarin wins by a huge margin, on Bitrix they don’t do normal and working for a long time.
