What is the difference between CloudFlare Inc ECC CA-2 and Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3?

Hello. What is the difference between the two certificates? I see that on many sites somewhere CA-2, and somewhere CA-3.

for protocol tasks -
theoretically, an ASV scan can swear nothing, but it’s unlikely that it’s possible to
influence the receipt anyway
