What is the difference between CJM and road map in web design? As far as I understand, road map is a scenario of user action on the site, and cjm is a deeper analysis of the audience with user segmentation and their options for actions on the site. It turns out that a road map is being drawn up, is this one of the stages in the development of cjm maps?

You have the wrong idea about the road map. Road map is about project implementation\development.
CJM is about UX.
