What is the difference between a volume and a partition in a file system?
What is the difference between a FS volume and a partition? If I understand correctly, then the volume includes all user files / directories, unallocated disk space + service files of the file system itself. Then if a partition is a conditional partition of disk space, it turns out that a volume can include several partitions, right?
