What is the difference between a CMS and a script?

I can’t understand the concepts of cms and script, Google didn’t help)
WordPress=CMS
Joomla=CMS
xenforo, osclass, opencart, bitrix what is it? script, cms?
Or is there no difference, and both can be called both a script and cms? For example Xenforo - cms for the forum?
