Tell me, who faced:
What is the danger of switching to a digital work book? Where can I expect surprises?

The system administrator also asked:
- And which of these four is the most fragile?
“Joints between them,” answered the Teacher.

The worst thing about the innovations of our officials is the transition period;)
In theory, the figure is great and simple, but "it was smooth on paper" - in reality, you can famously screw up when transferring data and quite possible inconsistencies between the data of the FIU and personnel departments. Those data that were entered in the labor before 1997 were officially and immediately recognized as intolerable.
Well, if someone suddenly had gratitude in their work, then they will remain on paper ... however, they are only worth that paper.

It is better to continue to keep a work book. This is your only proof of service. Soon everyone will be left without pensions. Many offices do not provide any information about their employees at all.

The probability of leakage is higher than in the case of paper documents

The danger is absolutely the same as with your other personal data posted on the network, whether it be public services, banking applications, personal data on various sites, etc.
However, there is nowhere to go - from 2021, all accounting of work books will be only electronic

I will not correct /
supplement Cammelen a lot :

However, there is nowhere to go - from 2021, all accounting of work books will be only electronic
without - "only". But you can continue to keep a paper version, the accounting department must receive your "determination" on paper with your signature on how you will keep a work book.
That's why accounting departments have a safe for work books? )))
And keep the books themselves? )))

Nothing. The data was transferred to the pension fund as before, and will continue to be so.
They just finally decided to bury another stupid , extremely important conduit on license plates.
I generally lost mine, for example, a long time ago.

The idea is excellent, for a long time in general, all documents have been made digital, so that any department can request any "piece of paper" from any other department, and not use a person as a messenger when they cannot agree.
To paraphrase a phrase familiar to many from a cool movie:

Paper is good, paper is reliability
(c) Boris Razor
When I found out about this, the situation immediately flashed through me, how all my experience and merits disappeared into oblivion, and I went around the country to personally collect (and what else) records from all places of work in order to restore everything.
I will make an electronic version, but I will duplicate it on paper.

Just like with any other electronic document - a leak :) You can't just steal a paper worksheet. E-mail is very easy to steal. But then there is simply no choice.
