What is the danger of changing the domain name of the site?

There is a website already launched. Initially (in July) it was launched with the theme "gaming news" and published a dozen articles. But the enthusiasm quickly faded.
The site "lay" like this for 3 months. No traffic, but fully indexed.
After 3 months, I wanted to change the subject. On the same domain name, I changed the subject to "tourism" (removed old articles and pages from the search). Now I am working hard in this direction, because. I myself am interested in this topic and I understand something about it. There are articles on the site.
Now the essence of the question: I want to "close" the site for search engines (perhaps fill it on the local domain) and then publish it for indexing so that everything works properly. And also change the domain name (perhaps by temporarily setting up redirects from the current domain). Will there be any problems on the new site related to "copyright", i.e. Won't search engines perceive articles as "completely reprinted" from the previous site? Are there any "pitfalls" in my venture?
Please enlighten on this matter. I feel like a wild brake ...
ps I had no idea what tag to indicate ... sorry)

Are you in the top 10 in search engine rankings? Or why do you even care about the current indexing of the site?

What for do you need these anal attempts?
Run on a new domain and you won’t have to hide anything from search engines, you don’t need any redirects
