Is there a difference which domain to buy to bring the site to the top of Yandex (the DOMAIN will be new, without history) - .rf or .ru?

Does it matter which domain zone to choose - rf or ru, provided that the algorithm of actions for displaying in the top Yandex issuance will be the same ?

No, but ru is better, because in reality the Cyrillic alphabet will be something like this xn--80ajlclmijgdnf.xn--j1amh

You can take both RU and RF. If you take one, then RU is preferable

No difference.
But .RU will be more familiar to users when manually typing (direct access to the site).
PS: the main thing is that the information on the site is more useful than on similar ones: i.e. I can choose a domain with a random set of letters/numbers and post there what everyone will be interested in much more than on other sites.
