What is the correct way to set dest for gulp?

gulp.js

Gulp goes through the files and gives it to webpack, the problem arises if nesting appears. Then I don't know how to give galp the correct dest (now it always creates folders /welcome/widgets/views/ ).
I know that there are other problems here, but for now it needs to work this way
