What is the correct way to migrate from AWS?

Given
1) AWS EC2 instance with windows server on
board 2) esxi - for the sake of simplicity, we will assume that there is a bare one, somewhere under my table.
3) You need to make a clone of a machine running on AWS
And here I have a stupid blunt, how to drive virtual machines from hypervisor to hypervisor, ala move from KVM to esxi - everything is clear.
I found a manual - this is magic, I don’t need anything in S3, I just want to stupidly get a 90GB image in any sane format (raw, qcow2, vmdk, etc).
Or do they just work that way?
And what will actually happen to the instance after export - will it continue to work?

Find a backup that can backup the instance. And then restore it to ESXi. I know this, but it is paid, although it will do for a one-time action - there is a trial for 30 (in my opinion days). It should work with AWS, but I haven't tested it myself.

Folks, aws allows you to use veeam as a tape device and backup to it. But I do not recommend pulling Amazon virtual machines into the outside world. Better move the application to a new server in your infrastructure.
