What is the correct way to join tables based on their grouped data?

There is a table with Individuals.
There is a table with formations and FK on physical. face.

In the table with formations per physical. A person can have multiple entries. I need to select only 1 record by the maximum type of education, the date of receipt of education (diploma) and id. all these fields in one table.

How to make a sample not according to the collective farm? (I had to group the massive table several times by each of these fields to get the max(id), and also, after that, link it to the main query again.

I can’t find anything in Google, I’m looking in the wrong way ...
