What is this error in Oracle linux server?
The essence of the problem is that I have an Oracle linux server on my virtual machine and they installed certain software on it from another organization, they asked me to increase the size of the virtual hard disk, (I increased it unknowingly, it turned out that it was impossible to increase it like that), now it knocks out like this error (I'm attaching a screenshot), I don't know what to do now, I'm new to this)

hire an admin
Judging by the download log - there is no root FS. How exactly did you enlarge the disk? In general, it is enough to increase the disk size in the settings with vds off. It cannot be reduced.
This means - a cute furry animal Scribe came to your car "for a visit". And it's quite possible that it hacked all your data...
So, what happened :)
You somehow changed the partition, it either disappeared or lost its UUID (and got a new one) - and now when you try to access it on boot, it is not located . Accordingly, the system falls into the bootloader shell, where there is sooooo little to do.
What to do, aaaaa!
No panic! (Although there are reasons for it...)
Hire an admin. Now, by God, this will be the easiest. And the data (possibly) can be saved. If you take it yourself, you will most likely finish it to death ...
And for the future - neverdo not bother making changes to combat servers without a backup and a clear plan for restoring it.
