What is the correct way to enable an application in Heroku?

Hello.
I recently uploaded my project (python bot) to heroku hosting, but there was a small problem. In general, everything works correctly, that is, I can go to the heroku console and run the script there and everything seems to be fine. But as soon as I close the browser, the application immediately collapses and I have to re-enter the console and run the same script. I would like to turn it on once and let it work there itself.
