What is the correct way to backup a Hackintosh along with an EFI partition (Clover)?

What is the best way to implement a Hackintosh backup with a bootloader? Installed Acronis for this purpose, but can't figure out what to copy. Tell me if I need to copy the entire disk? And how then can you recover from the Acronis boot disk?

yes, you just make images of the necessary partitions using your native disk utility.
