How (and is it possible) to set up a Zyxel Kinetic 4G to replace a server on Linux?

Good afternoon.
I got a server in a small working network. On old hardware, noisy, but does its job. I want to transfer its functions to the Zyxel Kinetic 4G router, because I want silence.
I am not an administrator at all, knowledge is not enough.
What the server does - there is little information left.
1. Ubuntu Server 11.10
2. Shares Internet with Yota.
2. Running dnsmasq, giving IP by MAC.
In the /etc/dnsmasq.conf file, lines like:

dhcp-host = 00:19:7e:dd:66:78, 00:19:b9:18:e2:f0, dell531, 192.168.1.6

3. Packet transfer from network to network is configured. FILE /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
4. Started fail2ban.
5. Maybe something else - no idea.
Can all this be shifted to the Zyxel Kinetic 4G router?
Let's say it's not possible. I will buy a simple nettop, install Linux. How to transfer settings from a working machine to a new one? What folders to copy?
