What is the correct spelling of the name in Google?

Good afternoon forum! I recently ran into a problem about verifying my identity in my Google Concole account. The first time I did not manage to get confirmation because: "Your name and surname do not match those indicated in the document" - so I decided to keep the English version. However, the English form of the first name in my document (Yehor) is not the same as the form I usually use (Egor) , and so is the last name. So my question is: which form of the name is correct? The one I usually use, or the one written in the document?
